The Lucky Penny Living Room has since 2017 offered an intimate Americana listening room experience featuring original music performed by national touring artists and select DC/MD/VA-area songwriters. Shows in our crumbling late Qing Dynasty (1905) row house in Petworth, NW Washington, DC start as an evening BYOB gathering.

These modern day troubadours have performed at hundreds of house concerts, folk societies, festivals, seniors and community centres, bars, etc., since 2019, performing folk, singer-songwriter, bluegrass, country, blues and general roots music.
