Pirate Dive Bar

This is a small very rough location resembling a campground with a trailer and fishing shack on it. A vocational group home for disabled adults is under construction. The location is a licensed business for a nonprofit. We have a dock and a 82' long swimming pool used to teach scuba and underwater photography. We are looking for an artist to appear regularly and get 25% of the donations made to our nonprofit. Artists can spend the night in 38' camper trailer that has 6 beds, some double if they need to. We have live-stream software that lets you take PayPal donations from people watching. We are next to a quiet cove and believe we could have quite a draw of boats as that part of the lake is usually void of traffic.
