Fable Farm & Fermentory

We are farmers, growers, herbalists, chefs, winemakers, and artists. Fable is a farm, a fermentory, a venue, and a culinary company providing farm-fresh prepared foods for various events held on the farm. We ferment apples, pears, honey, and grapes into dry, aged wines, and work with the other member farms in our collective to provide pastured beef, pork, duck and chicken and a diverse bounty of vegetables and herbs in our culinary creations. We host art events, theatre, and live music for the public to enjoy the fruits of rural culture, as well as intimate private events such as weddings, business and nonprofit retreats, and dinner parties on the farm.
