despacito is a family owned business that opened in 2022 in Burlington’s historic Old North End neighborhood. despacito is owned and operated by chef David Quintana. despacito is a Puerto Rican inspired vegan restaurant that serves up some delicious eats and tasty cocktails as well as an intimate event space. soon despactio hopes open during the mornings/afternoons as a cafe serving coffee, tea and fresh baked goods.
