Join us for a live-streamed and socially distant concert of beautiful music from the Celtic lands to bring our hearts home to the spirit of Christmas. The Reel Sisters along with Aoife Clancy (of Cherish the Ladies) and her musical partner Bill Elliot, as Celtic ConFusion, will bring you tunes and songs from Scotland, Ireland, and beyond to welcome in the season. During this time of challenge and separation, we hope to connect you deeply with the spirit of the season and to bring us all much needed comfort and connection. The evening will be an enchanting entwining of harp, Scottish smallpipes, song, whistle, guitar, percussion, mandolin, and more to bring in the holidays with the ancient beauty of Celtic music and song. The Reel Sisters (Kelly Brzozowski and Rosalind Buda) are a duo steeped in the musical tradition of Scottish harp and smallpipes. Rosalind and Kelly share lifetimes of experience in the traditional music community and the technical expertise of classical training. Celtic ConFusion (Aoife Clancy and Bill Elliot) perform an eclectic blend of Celtic, select Contemporary, Old Standards, Folk, Originals and Spoken Word.They utilize vocals, Guitars, Bodhrán (the Irish Drum), Mandolin, and other sounds to produce a rich and varied performance guaranteed to entertain and inspire.
