DECOSTER

Brooklyn based indie folk rocker DECOSTER is a vocalist/songwriter and classically trained guitarist. His songs tell tales of the spirit, the conflicts it carries, and its quest to be a better person. The music takes its cues from 80s Rush, but with a vocal style different from Geddy Lee. His carefully chosen lyrics tell a story to danceable beats or intricate guitar fingerpicking.

He performs with Rich Kulsar on percussion. Although they are a duo, their arrangements reveal an ingenuity that hints at world music with its instrumentation while still retaining a pop appeal.
