Born and raised New Yorker and second-generation folkie Sophie Buskin is making her return to the stage after a 4-year hiatus. Her critically acclaimed EP, "Sweet Creature," highlights her blend of deep, intentional songwriting and captivating melody. We are thrilled to have Sophie performing again at Voices in the Heights. Kirsten Maxwell is a New York native whose powerful vocals and well-crafted songs have propelled her into being one of the most dynamic singer-songwriters on the acoustic music scene today. She has toured with Judy Collins, opened for Melissa Etheridge, Tanya Tucker, and The Bacon Brothers, and has been a favorite of Voices in the Heights forever.
