We invite you to explore live Appalachian, blues, Celtic, old-time jazz and singer/songwriter music in an intimate setting at Deer Creek Coffeehouse (DCC), a non-alcoholic venue located in the picturesque setting of Darlington, MD. The venue is situated in the Parish Hall of Grace Memorial Episcopal Church and is handicapped assessible. DCC seats approximately 100 people at small, candlelit tables, in the friendly and cozy style of the Village, NYC coffee houses of the 1950’s and 1960’s.
Currently we are presenting in-person shows outdoors in a very large yard on site.
Only cash and checks written to Deer Creek Coffeehouse are accepted. There is no admission fee, but there is a suggested donation which varies. DCC receives an annual grant from the Maryland State Arts Council through the Harford County Cultural Arts Board, which helps in keeping the prices down. . No one is turned away for inability to donate the amount.
