Frank Martin Gilligan is an American Texas Country recording artist with a decades-long career making great music. He fronted Mason Dixon (Capitol Records) in the 1980s and '90s as lead vocalist and bassist, releasing five albums, achieving 13 Billboard Country singles, and a #5 music video hit on CMT with When Karen Comes Around. The band also recorded a popular radio spot for the legendary "Don't Mess With Texas" ad campaign. Gilligan toured with Mason Dixon throughout the U.S. and Canada, appearing numerous times on TNN (The Nashville Network) and The Grand Ole Opry, and has performed with Hank Williams, Jr., Charlie Daniels, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, and many other fellow country icons. Today, as a solo artist, Frank Martin Gilligan is making music that's a lot more up-close and personal. His songwriting has earned him top honors at the Songwriter Serenade, the Kerrville Folk Festival, and the Wildflower Arts and Music Festival.
